Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Your shipment will be sent and delivered by the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

Handling times for products in stock are 1-4 business days (until the package is given to the shipping provider).

Shipping times and estimated delivery are provided after checkout. 

Note: When the items are handed over to the carrier they are no longer under the responsibility of Aerial Spectrum Circus.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If your item was damaged, it is your responsibility to make sure the package received has not been damaged by the shipping provider and to claim such damages to the shipping provider. Aerial Spectrum Circus is not responsible for any damages due to transportation. Claims have to be made to the shipping authority. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges/Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipper must pay return shipping fees/cost and any custom duties, if applicable, as well as supplemental shipping fees for the new item.   Any Custom made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
